All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must provide clear photos or video showing the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label. Claims submitted without proper evidence or outside of the 48-hour window may be denied.
If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
